24 Point Inspection

    At York's Motorwerke a 24 point inspection is completed along side every A, B, C, E and EZ service. This inspection is completed by our certified and highly skilled technicians. When a leak is found our technicians use a rating system of 1-5, with 1 being a slight leak and 5 a leak that needs to be fixed immediately. Our 24 point inspection includes:


    Fluid Levels:

    · Check/Top off Engine Oil.
    · Check/Top off Transmission Fluid.
    · Check/Top off Differential Fluid.
    · Check/Top off Brake Master Cylinder Fluid.
    · Check/Top off Power Steering Fluid.
    · Check/Top off Windshield Washer Fluid.
    · Check/Top off Coolant and test protection level.
    · Check/Top off Battery and test Electrolyte level.
    · Check/Top off Level Control Fluid (If applicable).
    · Check/Top off Rear Windshield Fluid (If applicable).
    · Check/Top off Softtop Fluid (If applicable).

    Engine Bay:

    · Check Engine Hoses and Lines.
    · Check and adjust V-Belt/Poly Belts.
    · Clean Battery Terminals.
    · Lube Throttle Linkages (If applicable).

    Body and Chassis:

    · Check Tire pressures.
    · Check and advise on Tire wear.
    · Check and advise on Alignment.
    · Check and advise on Wiper Blade conditions.
    · Check and advise on Shocks/Struts/Front end components.
    · Check and advise on Shocks/Rear end components.
    · Check and advise on Driveshaft Flex Discs.
    · Check and report on front/rear Brake Pads and Discs.
    · Clean and lube Antenna Mast.
    · Check interior Lighting.
    · Check exterior Lighting.
    · Check interior Intrumentation.
    · Check and advise on Exhaust System.
